RETURN POLICY
DOMESTIC RETURNS
For returns we need to be notified within 7 days of receipt and we will issue you an RMA # and return instructions. We do not provide return labels for returns. All returns must be returned within 10 business days of the RMA # being issued in order to receive a full refund. If your order qualified for a shipping promotion and the item is returned it will be deducted from your refund. If your order is past the return window we will accept the return and issue you a store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please be advised that for International orders returns may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations in the US. If you request a return of your order or refuse your shipment and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. We do not provide return labels for international returns. Please use a service with a tracking number if you decide to return merchandise back to the US. We only recommend UPS or Fedex when shipping returns, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
